My experience with Blue Moon was expeditious, pleasant and pain free. I received a postcard from Blue Moon coincidentally on the very day I decided to put my condominium on the market. I called Blue Moon and within 48 hours they came to assess my property. Without hesitation they accepted my asking price and they were helpful above and beyond in prepping me for the closing. On the day of the closing, they were well prepared to make the acquisition as smooth as possible, including resolving an issue with a problematic mortgage company. If you are selling a property and want to avoid the hassle of a realtor’s listing and endless traffic into your home, I would absolutely recommend Blue Moon. If I had to do it again, I wouldn’t change a thing!
